Governor Soludo Receives Ned Okonkwo, E-money, Kcee and Cubana at Anambra State Government House.

--As Ned and E-money Donates a hundred million Naira to Anambra Security Trust Fund.

The Anambra State Governor, Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo, received in audience at the Anambra State Government House, Awka; Mr. Kennedy Okonkwo, Mr. Emeka Okonkwo Iam_emoney , Mr. Kingsley Okonkwo (K-cee) and Mr. Obi Iyiegbu Obi Cubana .

The Anambra State business moguls are in the State to seek strategic partnership with the State Government across key business and industrial areas ranging from Real Estate, Entertainment and Haulage. The duo of Kennedy and Emeka Okonkwo lauded Government's effort in the fight against insecurity in the State which they say is a major hindrance to the socio economic development of the State.

In accordance with the Government's call for support few weeks ago from ndị Anambra in diaspora in the fight against insecurity, Mr. Kennedy and Emeka Okonkwo, on behalf of their Company, made a donation of N100,000,000 (One Hundred Million Naira) to the Anambra State Security Trust Fund.

The Governor thanked his visitors for betting on their State, promising to justify every confidence they hold in the Government.

In 2007, a young Nigerian lady won the American visa lottery but missed out on her interview date because someone in the family she stayed with it hid a necessary document from her.

In 2007, I won the American Visa lottery but i missed my interview date because I didn't receive the documents that stated it. Actually someone received it in the family I lived with at the time, whose address I had used for the application but they denied me access to it. Like, I had no knowledge the documents were received.

I found out in September of 2008 that my interview date should have been April 15th of same year. I found out by coincidence but by then it was too late.

I remember going to the American embassy in Lagos, explaining what had happened and begging for another chance. The man I laid the complaint to at the embassy said there was nothing he could do.

Tears flowed down my eyes at his dismissive tone and I instinctively knelt down begging him to see me as his daughter and try to help me, I told him how my mother was sick and needed medical attention etc,. He looked at me like I was insane and called for security through the public address system, in his exact words, "security, please come and take this mad girl away from here".

When I saw two security men coming, I just laid on the floor wailing and refusing to leave. Yes I embarrassed myself that day.

At the end, the men were able to extract me from that area while I was still crying and begging for help like someone whose hope was lost. It was a sight that day, everyone was staring at me while I was acting this action feem. Lol.

It's been thirteen years since I lost that opportunity, although painful, I have moved on. Life goes on. Your Destiny can only be delayed but never denied. No matter how long it takes,you will surely get to that place which God has destined you to be, no matter who writes you off and tries to stop you.
